Safer Schools and Stronger Behavior Systems

A two-day educator workshop for Pre-K through grade 5 educators, administrators and mental health professionals on confronting chaotic classroom situations without isolation. Participants learn Conscious Discipline structures for de-escalation: identifying brain states and applying the right responses quickly, calming their own nervous systems, and using classroom community to support de-escalation centered on connection, not isolation — for transformational change long term. Early registration opens Monday evening, November 16 from 5:00 to 6:30 PM. Space is limited; scholarships available.
