Social-emotional learningFor teachersA one-day training (9 AM–4 PM) on Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) engagement strategies — the non-verbal and verbal connection tools used to build trust and safety with children, particularly those with a history of trauma. Learn why the approach matters: it builds trust and safety, strengthens the bond between adult and child, and fosters a calming environment. Open to all community members; space is limited. Lunch provided with RSVP, no childcare provided.

Highlights include Mission Memories with astronaut Captain Mike Baker, veteran of four Space Shuttle missions, in the Mission Briefing Center at 11:30 a.m. and 1:20 p.m., plus pop-up science lab activities in the Main Plaza throughout the day.
