A two-day workshop giving educational coaches, mentors and school leaders the time and safe space to catch their breath outside the daily hustle — and become true agents of change. A two-day educator workshop for Pre-K through grade 5 educators, administrators and mental health professionals on confronting chaotic classroom situations without isolation. Participants learn Conscious Discipline structures for de-escalation: identifying brain states and applying the right responses quickly, calming their own nervous systems, and using classroom community to support de-escalation centered on connection, not isolation — for transformational change long term.
