TOPS THRIVE Facilitator Training

This training equips school staff to implement the Texas Opioid Prevention (TOPS) THRIVE curriculum for the 2026–2027 school year. The session focuses on trauma-informed practices, person-centred language, and strategies to support youth substance use prevention and overall well-being. Free, 4 CPE hours.

Civics Training Program (SB 3)

Two-day civics training that builds a factual foundation for teaching civics through close study of primary sources and the founding documents of the United States. Participants practise strategies for civil discourse, media literacy and simulations of governmental processes, and leave ready to lead classroom and campus instruction in civics. Texas Senate Bill 3 requires every campus to have at least one teacher and one principal who has attended an official civics training program, so this session keeps campuses compliant. Free, 12 CPE hours, for one K–5 teacher and principal per campus.
