A one-day training (9 AM–4 PM) on Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) engagement strategies — the non-verbal and verbal connection tools used to build trust and safety with children, particularly those with a history of trauma. Learn why the approach matters: it builds trust and safety, strengthens the bond between adult and child, and fosters a calming environment. Open to all community members; space is limited. Lunch provided with RSVP, no childcare provided.

Safer Schools and Stronger Behavior Systems

A two-day educator workshop for Pre-K through grade 5 educators, administrators and mental health professionals on confronting chaotic classroom situations without isolation. Participants learn Conscious Discipline structures for de-escalation: identifying brain states and applying the right responses quickly, calming their own nervous systems, and using classroom community to support de-escalation centered on connection, not isolation — for transformational change long term.
