Social-Emotional & Behavioral MTSS: Building a Trauma Informed System of Support

Build a coherent, schoolwide system of support that is proactive, practical, and trauma-informed. Grounded in what we know about adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), this session explores the mindset shift of behavior as communication, not defiance. Learn to strengthen Tier 1 practices, respond to behavior in ways that regulate, connect, and teach, and align supports across classrooms, teams, and systems. For administrators, counselors, social workers, MTSS coordinators, behavior specialists, teachers, and coaches. 5.5 PD hours. Presented by Ricky Robertson, co-author of Building Resilience in Students Impacted by Adverse Childhood Experiences. Also offered live online and on-demand.
