A frightfully fun Ignite STEM session where students spark up simple circuits, make Halloween creations glow, and learn the magic of electricity. Sponsored by Clearwave Fiber, with food and refreshments provided and prizes awarded. For ages 6-17; runs 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Free, but registration is required and space is limited to 25 participants.

FreshStart is a program of the National Society of Black Engineers – Austin Professionals (NSBE-AP), using hands-on activities to spark student interest in STEM careers and build confidence in problem-solving, design, and teamwork.
STEMFor studentsIn partnership with Texas Music Café, this hands-on course introduces students to the creative and technical side of modern music production. Participants will learn digital music software, rhythms, sampling, audio recording, and track design. No experience needed!
